  1. One of the best workouts all year round is swimming, but it’s much better in the summer. Being in the water is not only good for your muscles, but it prevents you from feeling too hot and allows you to work out without losing too much nutrients from your body.
  2. Hiking is another great exercise for the summer because you can enjoy pretty blue skies and flourishing wildlife as you get a full-body workout in.
