Jay Lane, Founder and CEO

Jay Lane is a 10-year veteran of the executive search industry where he has been deeply involved in recruiting key executives for fast-growing private equity backed companies across the United States. A large number of his clients are in the consumer goods space which helped fuel his passion to start Jawbox with co-founder, Devin Beck in 2014. Jay has a passion for the Jawbox brand and enjoys working closely with the athletes who are fueled by their jerky.

Devin Beck, Founder and Chief Artisan Chef

Devin Beck brings over 15 years of premium restaurant culinary training experience and is responsible for the flavor profiles and quality of the brand. He completed his culinary training at a young age and has a passion for providing high quality flavors to his clients, family & friends. Devin believes in creating recipes using locally sourced, unique ingredients that provide nutrition and flavor.

Dustin White, Chief Operating Officer

Dustin brings more than a decade of experience in operations management, analytics and strategy consulting to the Jawbox Jerky Company. Having held leadership and key contributor roles in rapid-growth emerging businesses, large publically traded companies, as well as founding his own real estate venture, Dustin brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise to the leadership team. As a former athlete and basketball coach, he has a passion for high quality nutrition and ensuring athletes are functioning at their peak potential.
